The K-8 Science program is Naperville
District 203 is organized around three strands: Life Science, Earth
Science and Physical Science. At the K-5 level each grade completes
one unit per strand. The units are hands-on developed by teachers in conjunction
with a National Science Foundation grant is the early 80’s. The kits were
put together in-house. The outline of the units is listed below:
