Community Involvement

   

Mill Street School

Mission Statement - To promote closer cooperation and communication between school and home and the education of our students.

Home and School publishes a monthly newsletter, the Pony Express, as well as the Mill Street Directory and the student yearbook.

Officers : Debbie Heidenreich, President; Annalise Hausman, Vice President; Karen Williams, Secretary; Deanna Levin, Treasurer.

Home and School meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the Library Resource Center.

Fund Raising Activities : Our Home and School fund raisers enable us to enhance our students' school experiences. These are our main fund raisers:
    Wrapping Paper Sale
    Campbell's Soup Label Collections
    Market Days
    Book Fairs

Volunteer Opportunities : Parent volunteers can be seen throughout the school helping staff and students every day. Some of our volunteer opportunities are the following:
