District support for this project and the process can not be overstated. The technology and curriculum departments supported the project from its inception. They felt the project was worth pursuing for its potential to enhance the math curriculum and to assist us in our mission toward transforming uses of technology. District support was very tangible in the form of pay and credit for the participants in the project.
