Set up,
serve and clean up food for volunteers Friday and Saturday
before the party. |

CHECK-IN |
Stuff
fanny packs. |

VOLUNTEER |
Work
together to fill open positions within the various committees or
miscellaneous odd jobs as they occur. |

TODDLER
PHOTOS/ |
Organize the
toddler photo wall and the “walk” down memory lane. |
|
|
DECORATIONS |
Many, many volunteers are needed. No artistic skills are
necessary. People needed to cut,
paste, paint by number, help build and install decorations. “Muscle” needed
to carry items in and out of shed on decorating nights and the weekend of the
party. A schedule of work dates will
be available at the meeting. |

PRIZE
SORTING |
Sort and
organize prizes three weeks before the party. |
|
|
INVITATIONS/PUBLICITY |
Help with
invitation mailing and publicity. |
|
|
MERCHANT DONATIONS |
Committee of 8-12 people Responsible
for contacting local merchants and soliciting donations to be used for prizes
and food. |
