THIS FYLER TEMPLATE IS GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

Who says you can't have it all?

With this handy flyer, you'll be at the copier in no time, advertising your fundraiser or event with confidence. Simply save this document to your computer.  Then use liberally.  Hit "insert" to type over text – and don't forget to "save-as" so you can keep your new masterpiece.

Five minutes to fabulous.

Here are some tips.  First, you need an attention grabbing headline.  You can also highlight the main point of your flyer for extra emphasis.  Use Tahoma bold for your HEADLINES and subheads and Georgia for the body copy.  Here are some other pointers:

  • Keep it simple – don't overwhelm with graphics.
  • Don't forget the date of the event!
  • Is there a response deadline?
  • Need a check?  Is it for Scott School or Scott Home and School?
  • Having a fundraiser?  How will the $ benefit Scott students?
  • Include your committee name for awareness and tracking purposes.
  • Will this be a Kodak moment?  Please notify yearbook.
  • Is this event newsworthy?  Email your info to The Great Scott Times.
  • Update our website by emailing an abbreviated version in Word to Karen McKissick at kmckissick@naperville203.org.
  • QUESTIONS?? Call Linda Hansen (hint: include contact person!)

Please use this portion of the form in any way you see fit.   This could be your "return portion".  This could be something the parents cut out and tape onto the envelope for "sorting" purposes.  You may not need this bottom portion at all.  What IS important is the logo and your committee's name.  It's all about recognition.
