The 2008 Illinois Monarch Award books are located in the LRC. They are located in a special section and have a butterfly sticker on the spine. We will be joining other kindergarteners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders throughout the state of Illinois in voting for our favorite book. Students need to have read or listened to five of the twenty books to vote. Voting takes place in February.
