The
program is designed to provide a thorough assessment of potential athletes
who are now in grades 6, 7,9,10, and 11.�
Students in those grades are required to submit a physical examination
report prior to trying out for a sport.�
Students trying out for high school poms,
cheerleading, and flags also need a sports physical.� At junior high, poms
and cheerleading need the exam.� A copy
of the report will be given to the students as they complete the exam.� THIS
ASSESSMENT DOES NOT MEET THE 9TH GRADE ENTRANCE REQUIREMENT FOR HIGH SCHOOL
STUDENTS. The
