FASHION MERCHANDISING 309221
This course provides a basic knowledge of textiles and the elements and
principles of design and how they relate to the fashion industry. It provides
the student with the opportunity to study fashion designers and fashion history
and apply this knowledge to the fashion industry today and in the future.
Merchandising skills and career development will help students understand the
fashion industry and what is needed to be successful. A field trip is planned
to integrate the student's classroom studies.
