Student Login to 2008 Naperville 203 Mission Survey

Students will need to enter their District ID and Last Name.

The first screen a student will see is a login screen. Students enter their District ID and Last Name.

If there is a match from the District a new screen will appear.

The matching Full Name will appear, if this is correct, select Yes and then the forward arrow. If this is not correct select No and then to forward arrow to start over.

Students taking the Mission Survey outside of school and need to bring in a Completion Ticket should continue through the survey to this page. Use the print button in the browser to print a completion ticket to bring back to school.
