This time our book will be Williwaw by Tom Bodett.
It's the exciting story of 13-year-old September and her
younger brother, who live in Alaska. While their father
is away, they disobey his orders and go out in their
boat, only to be caught in a williwaw, the kind of wild
storm that took their mother's life years before. Fourth
and fifth graders - watch for a sign up sheet to come
home in the next couple of weeks. |
