I will use those skills to improve my physical and emotional health.
I will encourage others to enjoy and get involved with physical education.
I will ask my parents to get involved with my fitness and support me in these efforts.
I will also try hard to reach my potential and have fun.
I know physical activity an help strengthen my mind and body.
I will promote daily physical activity to my friends and family.
