Hoops trumped by heart-rate zones in
"the new P.E."

A phys-ed movement that focuses on fitness rather than competitive sports seems to be spreading fast. Phil Lawler, a junior high phys-ed instructor who's the "guru" of the new model, says he grades students based on heart-rate zones.
