LJHS Fitness Days

Each week the P.E. Department will select a day in which the students will participate in a cardiovascular activity. During this activity, students will use Polar Heart Rate Monitors to track their heart rate. Periodically, fitness days will require students to run the mile.   Students should drink plenty of water each day before physical education in the event of a fitness day.
