Homework

• All homework must be handed in on the assigned day to receive full credit.

Grading System The academic grade is determined by a percentage of total possible points according to the following scale:                                                            

                       A = 100%-92%         B+ = 89%-88%          C+ = 79%-78%         D+ = 69%-68%         F = 59% & below       
                       A- = 91%-90%          B = 87%-82%            C = 77%-72%           D = 67%-62%
                                                          B- = 81%-80%           C- = 71%-70%          D- = 62%-61%

Make-up work

• Students who are absent will be allowed one day for each day they are absent to make up their work.  After that, it will be treated as late homework.
• Arrangements to make up missed tests must be made the day a student returns to school. Otherwise, the test will be made up on the day after the student returns.  If it is not completed on the agreed time, it will be treated as late homework.
• It is a student's responsibility to find out what work has been missed.
