THE CHILDREN’S MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF CHICAGO

For the past seven years, the Jefferson Junior High School Cross-Country Team has run in dedication for patients at the Children’s Memorial Hospital of Chicago. While they do not know the patients’ names, they have nonetheless pushed hard all year in their honor. All of our runners’ patients have either cancer or Leukemia, with some getting better and others in need of a great deal of treatment. Here’s how you can help…

When: Saturday October 6, 2007 9:00 am

Where: Jefferson Junior High School

Cost: Pre-registration: (Today to September 28th) $15.00

Late-registration: (September 29^th to the morning of race) $25.00

What: 5K (3.1 mile) course mostly on grass

All runners and walkers welcome

Prizes: *All participants receive a free race t-shirt

*Overall male and female winners receive trophies

*Age division winners receive medals
