Helpful-Florence Nightingale

Florence Nightingale was born on May 12, 1820.  Ever since she was a little girl, she felt that she needed to be a nurse. When she began nursing in hospitals, she found that many were dirty and not well run.  Florence decided that she needed to do something about that. Florence made sure that hospitals were opened to everyone that needed help.  She also worked very hard to make sure that hospitals were clean and had food that made them stronger.
