What does it mean to be ethical?
If you are ethical, you know the difference between right and wrong
and you try to do what is right.
Why is it important to be ethical?
Everyday we are presented with choices. Some are good choices
and some are bad choices. If you are ethical, you are able to decide
which are the choices you should be making and which you should not.
"Honesty is the best policy".
If you make unethical choices, people may not be able to trust you
to make the right choices in the future.

To be ethical means to know the difference between right and
wrong and to always try to do what is right.
Why is it important to be ethical?
The virtue of being ethical is important as an attribute that weaves
throughout our entire study of virtues. In nourishing virtues, we discuss,
encourage, model, and celebrate honorable (ethical) choices in our daily lives.
With examples of unethical behavior all around us, parents are vital keys
to ethical lesson-building in every decision you support and every example
you model of living life honestly and compassionately. It's these daily
examples of living the Golden Rule that make a lasting impression on your child. Being ethical is a foundation for living a life of virtue.
How do I demonstrate that I am ethical?
You demonstrate that you are ethical by knowing the difference betweem
right and wrong and choosing to do what is right.
