Rodrick Glass

Rodrick Glass graduated from Naperville Central in 1988. At NCHS, Rodrick was a very involved student. He
participated in Varsity Track and Cross Country, representing Naperville
Central in the IHSA State meets each of his four years at central. He served
as Secretary to the National Honor Society. He also was a well-traveled
individual, attending a class trip to Europe the summer before his senior
year. A classy man, he won the title of "Best Dressed Male Student" as a
senior. Upon graduating, Rodrick attended Purdue University, where he served
as Vice President of the Student Body his senior year. He further enriched
his educational experience by earning a Master’s Degree in Industrial
Technology from Purdue in 1994 and a Master's Degree in Business
Administration from DePaul University in 2000.After earning his first Master's Degree,
Rodrick went to work for Delphi Corporation as a Departmental Supervisor,
where he was responsible for the production of all Frontal Airbag sensors
for GM vehicles, managed a production staff of over 200 employees, and
launched the first ever production of side impact airbags ever deployed in
American automobiles. Later, Rodrick joined the IBM Corporation as a Client
Relationship Manager, where he was responsible for over $12 million in sales
in the central region. Breaking away from IBM, Roderick founded Allure
Digital Media, Inc., where he managed a staff of over 30 employees and
exceeded five million dollars in sales. In January of 2007, Rodrick became
the President of Allure Global Solutions, Inc., where he promoted digital
merchandising and messaging solutions to develop international channels of
communication.
While
working at his many jobs, Rodrick has amassed many legacies to his name:

Rodrick's mother, Dora, and father, John, currently live in Naperville and
are enjoying retired life. His brother John III lives in Indianapolis, IN,
with his wife Antoinette and two daughters and serves as a Director of Delphi Electronics Corporation. Rodrick's twin brother, Rodney, is the Director of Quality-Global Logistics
for Motorola, Inc. and lives in Chicago.

not the destination itself"
