This course is an introduction to Web
Page Design using Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style
Sheets (CSS). It emphasizes the creation of effective web pages using
HTML and CSS. JavaScript programming is also covered if time permits.
Other topics include exploring simple graphics and the insertion of
applets in a web page. The application of web site development for
E-Commerce is also explored. Class Projects
Students talk with
Website designers about their jobs and experiences. The class has
actually had input and influenced the final design of several sites
designed by our guest speakers.
