"All Good P.E. is AdaptedP.E.!"Adapted Physical Education is more like regular P.E., thanunlikeregular P.E.!!
The major differences are:
1. Smaller class sizes enabling the instructor to makeappropriate individual adaptations.
2. Peer-mentor program is established which is likehaving numerous "mini instructors" in class.
3. Instructor is an Adapted P.E. Specialist.
