  • Purpose:  to provide current information through various materials on educational opportunities, colleges, careers, financial aid, scholarships and testing.
    Resources:  current college manuals, resource books, financial aid forms and information, scholarship information, college applications, college videos, college and career visits scheduled, five computers, Internet, current software on careers and educational opportunities, career and military information, college parenting information.....
    Discover: Is a computerized educational and career planning program that provides information on thousands of higher education institutions, careers and opportunities.  Each student can individualize, match and compare opportunities by entering personal information and answering questions dealing with interests, abilities, and values.  Students need to stop in the College and Career Center to receive a "token" (password) in order to access Discover from home.
    The College - Career Center is staffed full time during the school day
and on most Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. 

Parent Volunteers (38) also help students throughout the school day.
The College - Career Center does not replace the services of your guidance counselor.
