Redhawk Naperville Wrestling Club Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling

 

 

All ages are welcome.  Practices will be held at the Naperville Central Wrestling Room in the auxiliary gym.  There is no charge but participants need a USA Wrestling Card for insurance purposes.  Practices begin at 3:30 and end at 5:00.  Wrestlers will warm-up and stretch, learn Freestyle and Greco-Roman instruction and scrimmage.  Scheduled tournaments are encouraged but not required.  Green dates are freestyle or Greco, Purple dates are folkstyle.  Lifting workouts are held in the lifting room of NCHS from 3:30 – 4:30.  Call Rob Porter 615-8865 for more information.

 

NOTE: Weigh-ins for most of the FOLKSTYLE tournaments is 6:30 – 8:00.  Fees will vary between $10 - $20.  Some are pre-registered only.  Some are register at door only.  Some are both.  A flyer will be posted for each tournament listed at our yahoo group.  You may join for free and link at www.groups.yahoo.com/group/worldoldestsport  Check the group periodically for updates.
