Important informationBefore an athlete may be eligible to participate in Cross Country the following items must be turned in to the NCHS athletic office; · $52.00 Athletic fee · Current Physical · Parent Permission Form Once all of the items listed above are turned into the NCHS Athletic Office, they will give you a “YELLOW CARD.” You must have this before you can practice!

Running is pain management! camps & summer milesNaperville Park District Camp – Naperville Central Cross Country Camp Meeting: 6/13/05 – 7/21/05 Days/Times: M, T, Th, 8:00am – 10:00am Place: Naperville Central entrance #28 Course #: 37152 Summer Miles – Our Cross Country athletes use “Summer Miles” to get their base mileage. This is an important factor in the development of each runner, but is not mandatory. Each runner will keep his own record of mileage beginning June 1st through Aug. 31st. · Freshmen …….100-300 miles · Sophomores…..301-500 miles · Juniors…….…..501-700 miles · Seniors…….....701-1000 miles
