Head Swimming Coach:  Mike Adams

    Mike is in his 9th year as head Redhawk swimming coach.  Before coming to NCHS, Mike
    was head coach at the Naperville YMCA from 1985-1991 and was head coach for the
    Cincinnati Pepsi Marlins from 1982-1985.  In his 9 years, Mike has built the Redhawks into a
    solid program that has become a perennial top ten finisher at the IHSA state meet.  He has
    led the Redhawks to five top ten finishes in 8 seasons, with a highest ever 4th place finish in
    1999.  Mike has been named sectional coach of the year 5 times.

Assistant Swimming Coach:  Scott Knapp

    Scott is in his second year as assistant coach of the Redhawks.  He joined the staff for the
    99-00 season. Before becoming a Redhawk assistant, he was a member of the coaching
    staff on the Eureka Area Swim Team from 1995-1998.  

Head Diving Coach: Laura Warren

      Laura is in her 6th year as Redhawk diving coach.  Before coming to NCHS she spent 2
    years coaching high school and junior high school diving teams.  In her 6 years at NCHS,
    Laura has brought great success to the program.  In 1998 she coached Giovanni Rizzo to
    the IHSA state championship and was named Diving Coach of the Year.
