Relevant degrees/life experience/previous volunteer activities: B.S. from Iowa State University; M.S. in Counseling/Psychology from George Williams College; Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT); approved AAMFT supervisor; and member of the Talkline/Kidsline Board of Directors. Mr. Reschke received an award from District 214's Community Education Foundation for "Outstanding Commitment to Community/School Partnership."  He also serves on the Board of Trustees and President of his church.

Parent of District 203 students: yes, a Naperville North High School student and a 2002 graduate of NNHS. Dean is also a product of Naperville School District 203 (K-12); he graduated from NCHS in 1975.

Currently teaches religious education; serves on the Naperville Central Home & School Board; and also serves on the Safety Town Commission for the City of Naperville, as well as the Maverick Swim Team Board.

Parent of District 203 students: yes, 4 children; 2 currently enrolled and 2 graduates of NCHS.

Educational Philosophy: It is a challenge to work as a member of the Board of Education in District 203, to meet the needs of all students. The Board of Education is striving to meet the needs of our students in a manner that reflects the desires of the community.
